UpChamp will always make every reasonable effort to ship your order on time, however certain situations may affect delivery, including severe weather, carrier delays, strikes, customs processes, high-volume seasons, limited stock availability, or unexpected operational challenges.

- UpChamp is not responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or damage caused by delays outside our control.

Shipping Restrictions
- Delivery is currently available only within the UK.
- Orders going to Scotland addresses, and certain remote ZIP codes may require additional time.
- We do not ship locations outside the Uk at this time.
- Items marked as pre-order or back-order may require extended processing or delivery times.
- If the carrier attempts delivery on or before the estimated date, the delivery timeline is considered met. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
