If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
WHAT IS REFUNDABLE?
✔️ The UpChamp Smart Football purchased directly from our website (upchamp.com)
✔️ The first month’s Membership fee for first-time customers, if cancelled within 30 days
❌ Any customs duty, VAT, or import clearance fee (if applicable) is non-refundable.
MEMBERSHIP REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refund for the first month Membership applies only if:
- You are a first-time purchaser of the UpChamp Smart Football
- You cancel your Membership within 30 days of receiving your football
- After the 30-day period, no refunds will apply to any Membership charges.
- Cancellation after the 30-day period will take effect at the end of the billing cycle.

Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted for unused products and must be sent back in their original packaging.
- All returned products will be inspected by our team prior to refund approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Return Shipping
We may cover return shipping fees at our discretion.
However, if the returned item or its packaging is damaged, broken, heavily used, or not in resalable condition, UpChamp reserves the right to deduct up to 50% of the product value from the refund amount.

Condition Requirements
- Products should be returned in the same condition as received.
- Missing accessories, torn packaging, scratches, or signs of misuse may reduce the refund amount.
- If the product is completely broken, defective due to misuse, or missing major components, returns may not be accepted or refund may be significantly reduced.
